Job Description & Scope of Work

Support smallholder farmer groups with climate-resilient agriculture training and microfinance linkages in Sidama region.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate farmer field school sessions
Support VSLA (savings group) formation
Monitor input distribution and uptake

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Economics, or related field
2+ years experience in livelihoods or value-chain programming
