• Led a $3.2M USAID/BHA-funded multi-sector emergency drought response reaching 28,000 displaced beneficiaries across 4 woredas.
• Supervised a field team of 12 officers, conducting bi-weekly data quality audits using KoboToolbox and indicator performance tracking.
• Represented the organization in regional WASH and Protection Cluster meetings, securing woreda government authorizations with zero delays.

Bahir Dar, Amhara Region

• Designed and maintained indicator tracking tables (ITT) for 3 maternal health and livelihood grants across rural Amhara.
• Trained 45 field enumerators in gender-disaggregated mobile data collection and PSEA complaint reporting mechanisms.
