Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is hiring for multiple roles in Ethiopia, including a Deputy Project Coordinator in Alamata, a Health Promotion & Community Engagement (HPCE) Manager, and a Finance & Human Resources Assistant, all based in Addis Ababa. MSF is an independent international medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid in more than 60 countries to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural or man-made disasters or exclusion from healthcare. In Ethiopia, MSF operates in several regions, providing medical care and humanitarian assistance to those in need. These roles are open to Ethiopian nationals and international candidates with a valid work permit. MSF's Ethiopia program focuses on providing emergency medical care, as well as longer-term health programs in various regions. The organization has a strong presence in the country, with a headquarters in Addis Ababa and field offices in several regions. The successful candidates will work closely with MSF's team in Ethiopia, including the project coordinator, health promotion team, and finance and human resources staff. The Deputy Project Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Project Coordinator and will be responsible for supporting the coordination of MSF's project in Alamata. The HPCE Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing health promotion and community engagement strategies, while the Finance & Human Resources Assistant will provide support with financial and human resources tasks. Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia, is the hub of all INGO headquarters and UN agencies. The cost of living in Addis Ababa is relatively high, with decent housing costing between ETB 20,000-40,000 per month. International schools and reliable internet are available, and the city has a mild climate year-round.
